Us
 Wildwood
is NOT a time share facility.
It is a private and unique recreational
development,
owned, operated and managed by the lot owners through the
Wildwood Lot Owners
Association (WLOA).
You are the deeded owner of your lot in a year round
community.
With 1200 acres and 10 lakes Wildwood is the "Ideal"
place for RV Owners, Tent Camping, or to build a Cabin.
By owning a lot
RV Owners can save on storage costs, and you also qualify for membership in Coast
To Coast.
Originally developed in 1973 by several businessmen from the
St. Louis area as Lost Canyon Lakes, to be a recreational property for the family
enjoyment of outdoor living.
In 1982 Wildwood Lot Owners Association Incorporated,
and as of Aug. 1987 the lot owners (WLOA) have totally owned, managed, and controlled
what
is now called Wildwood.
We are governed by a Board of seven elected Directors,
each serve a three year term. These Directors are lot owners who are sworn to
manage Wildwood in accordance with its covenants, by-laws, rules and regulations.
There
are twenty one Park Council Representatives (also lot owners) who serve one to
three year terms. These Park Council Representatives voice the concerns of all
lot owners to the Board of Directors for review and action.
 We
have office, maintenance, and security personnel on staff year round. The
Country Store is open year round 8:00 AM to 4:30 dayily with longer hours from
Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We have social activites from Memorial Day weekend
through Labor Day, and on holiday weekends there are also some specially sponsored
activities.

As a Wildwood lot owner you can also join in the LCLCC (Lost
Canyon Lakes Conservation Club). This organization started in 1978, within Wildwood
and sponsors many activities.
